This Privacy Policy applies to our websites and associated domains, including app.reviewtree.com, ReviewTree Responder and the ReviewTree Responder applications on Facebook® and other social platforms (collectively, “ReviewTree Responder” or “Website”). By using or accessing ReviewTree Responder, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and your use of the services following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Information We Collect
ReviewTree Responder is a social media management tool which enables our customers to bring together their social networks in one place.
When our customers link a supported platform (Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc.) our customers can choose to collect, process, share and access such platforms via their ReviewTree Responder account (subject to the terms of the license agreements with the Supported Platforms).
In this way, our customers can obtain, use and analyze Personal Information from the supported platforms of their choice, and also create, input, submit, post, transmit, store, view, display or share Personal Information through the functionality in the Services. Such information can include Personal Information of all types, including but not limited to the following categories:
- user generated content (such as messages (including direct or private messages), posts, comments, pages, profiles, images, feeds or communications exchanged on the Supported Platforms)
- contact details (such as name, email address, telephone number)
- additional individual information (such as age, gender, employer, profession, geographic location, education information, financial status, habits and preferences)
When you visit ReviewTree Responder we collect some personal information and your web site use, such as your name, your email address, your telephone number, your address, your gender and any other personal or preference information.
When you enter ReviewTree Responder, we collect your browser type and IP address and you agree to the use of cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer or device in order to track use of the website and to improve your user experience. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By using “ReviewTree Responder”, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
You may post user content on the Site at your own risk. Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of user content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your user content.
ReviewTree Responder may also collect information about you from other sources, such as newspapers, blogs, instant messaging services, and other users of the ReviewTree Responder service through the operation of the service (e.g., photo tags) in order to provide you with more useful information and a more personalized experience.
Children Under Age 18
Protecting the safety of children when they use internet is very important to us and ReviewTree Responder does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for ReviewTree Responder or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on ReviewTree Responder. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Use of Information Obtained by “ReviewTree Responder”
When you register with ReviewTree Responder, you create your own public profile and privacy settings. You can view your profile to verify what information you provide is being shared publicly and you can edit your profile to remove information you don’t want to be displayed publicly.
We may use information about you that we collect from other sources, including but not limited to newspapers and Internet sources such as blogs, instant messaging services, ReviewTree Responder Platform developers and other users of ReviewTree Responder, to supplement your profile.

ReviewTree Responder may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by ReviewTree Responder.
Changing or Removing Information
Access and control over most personal information on ReviewTree Responder is readily available through the profile editing tools. ReviewTree Responder users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Individuals who wish to deactivate their ReviewTree Responder account may do so. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of ReviewTree Responder. Where you make use of the communication features of the service to share information with other individuals on ReviewTree Responder, however, you generally cannot remove such communications.
Security
ReviewTree Responder takes appropriate precautions to protect our users information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us by email or instant messaging services.
Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions
Your use of ReviewTree Responder, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through notice on our home page. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
