Your free ReviewTree account will be created automatically.
2. Activate the ReviewTree integration in ezyVet as shown in this VIDEO or on this LINK.
To enable ReviewTree in your ezyVet account simply have someone with Admin credentials go to Admin, then Integrations, and create the ReviewTree integration under ‘API Partner’ and by searching for ‘ReviewTree LLC’ in the list of available integrations.
Once selected, look for the area that says “Scopes” and click on “Select All” and then hit “Save”. After saving, click on the button to “Download Credentials”. That will save a text file to your computer. Email the text file you downloaded for your ezyVet credentials to ezyvet@reviewtree.com
We will link your ezyVet and ReviewTree account together and schedule a call to configure it with you.
Adding ReviewTree to your ezyVet account will NOT start sending messages to your clients.
After the ezyVet integration file is added to your ReviewTree account, the next step will be to select the types of appts to survey, and how often.
Next we will build a custom client feedback portal for your practice.
Only after you’ve reviewed and approved all steps and communications will the client communication channel be “turned on”.

Your client contact information is ONLY allowed to be used to generate feedback & reviews for your practice. It is NEVER used for any other purpose nor shared with any 3rd party.
No, the default setting does not allow that to avoid survey fatigue. Clients would get a request for feedback, and a follow up, after completing their first Visit Type that matches one of your selected types.
You can set the delay for when they are eligible to be surveyed again. Once per month, once every 3 months, etc.
Yes, clients are asked if they would be willing to allow their comments to be seen publicly on review sites and on your website. If they say “No” their comments go back to you privately.
No. The platform pulls in the ‘post a review’ element from most sites so they can post their review without leaving the feedback portal. If a review site only allows registered users to post reviews, the client will need an account. However, they will not need to login as their stored credentials are used to authenticate them.
Reviewtree automatically channels client feedback to the top sites where the client can post. If they do not have accounts on top sites, they are connected to sites that do not require a login to post a review, such as BBB or VetRatingz.com
All 4 or 5 Star Reviews from most review sites or Survey Responses can get published automatically to your website. If you choose a subscription that does not include the automatic website publication it can be included for an additional $25 per month.
Yes. Alerts and reporting can be customized by satisfaction score, location, department, or provider.
Yes. Client responses can be organized by Location, Department, or Provider via scheduled reporting.
Currently no. They will appear in your ReviewTree dashboard. We are working with ezyVet’s development team to pass responses back into the ezyVet customer profiles and will update you once this feature has been released.
By default, the system will not send to Client’s if their pet passes away. You have the option to enable this and set the delay for how many days to wait before asking for feedback.
To remove ReviewTree from your ezyVet account simply follow the steps shown in this VIDEO.
