" I took my dog to Sunstone for both TPLO surgery and specialized internal medicine care for her cancer. Both experiences were met with exceptional care and compassion. They care a lot about your pet and also you as the human taking care of your pet taking cost, emotions, difficult decisions, etc., into consideration while delivering excellent care. "

" We were referred to this hospital by our vet as our elderly cat was not eating for days and was very sick. They immediately were kind and empathetic and took such good care of him. The nurses were kind, the front desk was kind and I’m unsure of the name of our vet, but she was an incredibly kind, patient and compassionate person who made us feel held through this entire ordeal. With her help, we came to the decision that it was best to let our soulmate of 18 years go. The process was so difficult emotionally, but made so beautiful by the medical staff who let us have as much time with him as we wanted. " I had found a little black kitty around my apartment that I named Salem. I took him into Sunstone and was taken care of by Dr. Grove. She took so much care with both me and Salem. Unfortunately she had to deliver some very sad news to me. But she did so with such a soft and calm tone. She took care of us so well and I appreciate her tremendously. The vet tech (I don’t remember his name, I’m sorry!) was also so helpful and made me feel taken care of. I would recommend anyone that is in need of vet care to Sunstone. " All praise to Sunstone for their compassionate care of me and Clover. Clover experienced what is probably a first seizure. I rushed her to Sunstone and a general assessment was done very quickly which was thankfully normal. Lab work was normal as well. It literally took less than 10 minutes to get the results back. Dr. Sarrazin did an excellent job of explaining how to care for Clover in the short term and the possible treatment plans for managing her if this ends up being an ongoing problem. Dr. Wallace brought me a bag of ice to help with my (very) bruised hand as a result of trying to contain Clover during the seizure. The techs, Kaylie and Amanda, drew blood and were so gentle and kind. Kayla, at the front desk was helpful and reassuring. It is so comforting to know that this office is available for emergencies… don’t all emergencies happen on a Sunday morning lol. Thanks for all the help and reassurance. I am very grateful. "

" Everyone and everything about Sunstone Vet Specialists has been exceedingly wonderful. Dr Regina Tobin has been working with us to help our sweetie pie Labradoodle. Our dog loves coming in and adores the vet and vet techs. The front desk is staffed by the nicest people with wonderful people-and pet-skills. Scheduling was a breeze. Vet techs are really fantastic with the dogs and conduct very high level interviews prior to the vet coming in to do exam and further interview. Dr Regina Tobin is absolutely amazing! She seems determined to find the best solutions for our dog's chronic health conditions and so far the dietary and medication regimen she has recommended are helping a lot. This place and the people here are extremely bright, kind, and compassionate. We have great confidence in and appreciation for Sunstone Vet and Dr Tobin and her staff! "

" We saw Dr. Elliott and his tech Colleen today for our golden retriever who’s been having some complex medical issues. We were so impressed with everyone at Sunstone, from reception to the doctor. Everyone was kind and and professional. Dr. Elliott and Colleen especially took time with us to explain a difficult diagnosis and outline our options. " We had a great experience here with our dog who needed TPLO surgery twice over the course of two years. Dr. Su performed the surgeries and was extremely caring, understanding, and as communicative as possible throughout the process. The first one to two weeks of recovery are tough, and we found the vets and vet techs to be super helpful and expeditious with responding to our concerns when something would come up during that time. Before our first surgery my primary vet had given us a few different options for TPLO, and although Sunstone was slightly more expensive than others, it was worth every penny to have peace of mind. We are now 8 months post the second TPLO and our sweet Stanley is hiking and running around like normal. He is also very anxious and nervous at the vet and they did their best to take care of him throughout. Would totally recommend to anyone who needed TPLO for their dog to get it done at Sunstone by Dr. Su. Thank you! "

" I’ve had exp w Sunstone at both their old and new locations. They seemed to be on top of things at both. Most recently I needed to take my Nesta there for a paw laceration. Not life threatening, yet the care Nesta received would have me taking him back in a more serious scenario as well. Everyone there was very attentive to Nesta and happy to answer my many questions. When my boy finagled his way out of his bandage, they saw him again and addressed it within 24 hours wo another fee, which I was as very pleased about. Hopefully though, I will not be needing Sunstone emergency services again for a long while!! "

" Blue Pearl sent me and my cat to Sunstone last night, as they were short staffed and Sunstone was able to operate on my cat immediately. We were the only ones there and everyone was kind and informative from start to finish. Thanks for taking care of my girl Yuki during a stressful situation! "

" My dog collapsed on a walk. I called my normal urgent care and they recommended that I take him to Sunstone's ER. My dog died in the car before we got there. The ER vet confirmed his death. They gave me a private room to sit with his body and grieve as long as I wanted. I stayed for hours. They explained my burial and cremation options. In the end, I decided to take his body home with me. They gave me blankets and helped put him in the car. They didn't charge me anything. The facility was clean, calm, and comfortable, and the staff were so kind and patient. May you never need an ER vet, but if you do, I can't recommend Sunstone enough. "

" Our dog had a Sunday emergency when our vet wasn't open. Sadly, it was his time to go. The staff and doctor were so sweet, thoughtful, and professional with us. They took great care of our pup and us. We spent $1700 in 45 minutes, but they had ample qualified staff available on a day most vets are closed. They saw our pup immediately and kept us well informed. The doctor delivered a tough diagnosis that made our options clear. We're really grateful for their whole team. "

" Thank you to this vet clinic, My dog was hit by a car late in the night after his walk and when I brought him in they rushed him back and they did everything they could to help him feel better. He's doing awesome so far and they are the most kind, caring veterinarian clinic I've ever gone to. They jump through many loopholes and did everything they can to help me pay as I'm a broke college student and couldn't do it on my own. " My partner and I brought our cat, Suki to sunstone last week. She was admitted and stayed two nights. Dr. Haley Momany and the amazing team took countless phone calls from us and took great care of our baby. The team at sunstone put great effort to get Suki healthy again but unfortunately it was her time. We were able to take her home where she spent her last two nights with us 💔 When Suki was sent home we were given detailed and specific care instructions with all the needed medications/food to make her comfortable. Although this was a very difficult and overwhelming situation Sunstone’s high standards of care and customer service gave us peace of mind. Not only are the staff amazing but the facilities are new and updated. Everything is clean but the environment is calming and welcoming. Emergency care is expensive all over but you can go to sunstone and know that you are getting top notch service. "

" We had an unthinkable sudden emergency at 1130pm and after being sent away from our typical vet, I could not have asked for a better experience. From taking my pet in quickly to calmly explaining our options (emergency surgery or euthanasia), we are so happy to have discovered your emergency services. For anyone who can have this option, at one point my pet was okayd for discharge but the team had another case and asked for the discharge to be delayed by a few hours. I advocated for hospital services to end and that saved me a Lot on the bill. The other thing that others may find helpful is that I had to unfreeze my credit to apply for care credit card. These are both things that are more difficult for my brain to remember under extreme stress so I hope my experience helps out another family. "
